Germoe China Clay Works

Back to list of clay and brickworks

Little now remains of this clay works, the smallest and most briefly worked in the area. The earliest large-scale Ordnance Survey maps show a small processing site but this has now almost completely disappeared and only a few fragmentary walls testify to its previous existence. It is not known if the site worked on its own or was part of the nearby Wheal Grey.

Waste tips

Small waste tips are all that is left of this works.
