The Crowns engine houses.  The flat area above the pumping engine house is Wheal Button Shaft, of which little now remains of the engine and boiler houses.  The wall to the right of the winding engine is part of the boiler house, which held a single boiler.  The flue is a masonry tunnel which goes a little way up the cliff.
